our Season

In 2020 St. Anthony Baseball will field one team at the U11 level and one team at the U12 level.  The age cut-off for the Fergie Jenkins League is April 30th.

Travel Ball

St. Anthony Baseball offers a Travel Ball experience for 11 and 12 year olds in the Greater Ottawa area.  Our schedule is set up to provide players with the highest calibre competition.  Almost all of our games are played on weekends which will include travel to upstate NY, Central Ontario and Montreal.

Who we Play

St. Anthony is a member of the Fergie Jenkins Showcase League.  We will participate in approximately 20+ league games plus additional US tournaments and exhibition games against private academies.

Player Development

All players undertake development training directly under collegiate coaches.  Our coaches run specialized practices as part ongoing player development while game-day team management will be undertaken by either trained parent-coaches or our academy coaches.

Winter training in specialized clinics for pitching, hitting, catching and fielding begins in January.  All players are encouraged to register for the Jr. Ravens baseball clinics on Saturdays 8:30-11:30 at the Carleton University Fieldhouse.  This is your first opportunity for direct one-on-one training with our player development team.

Team training starts in December and runs until April.  Sessions are booked for Mondays (U12) and Wednesdays (U11) at the Carleton U Norm Fenn Gym 5-7 pm weekly.

Specialized in-season training takes place as soon as the diamonds become available and augment  weekly practices run by team coaches throughout the Summer.
